GDPR Statement, govern Publishing Talk's relationship with you in relation to your membership of Publishing Talk, use of our website and any other services.
Publishing Talk is a trading name of
Reed Media Limited, a company registered in England and Wales No. 5696728, whose registered address is: Reed Media Ltd, KD Tower, Plaza Suite 9, Cotterells, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP1 1FW, UK. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, the data controller is Reed Media. Reed Media is registered with the
Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). The use of 'we' or 'Publishing Talk' here refers to Reed Media Ltd, and 'you' or 'Member' refers to the Publishing Talk member.
Use of membership
Pubishing Talk membership is individual, and the benefits can't be used by anyone apart from individual members.

We will implement and maintain reasonable procedures for protecting personal information, in compliance with applicable law and our

Opting out of renewal
You may opt out of renewing your membership by logging into your online account and following the relevant links, or by
emailing us.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel your membership, it will continue to run until it expires, and you can continue to enjoy the benefits of membership until then. Cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Pricing
From time to time we may need to increase the price of membership. We will give you at least one full month's notice of any future price increase, and will tell you when the increase comes into effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase. During this period you have the right to cancel your membership, as usual. If you do not cancel your membership by the date specified, then your renewal price will take effect at the new price as specified.
Suspension or termination of membership
Publishing Talk or the Member may terminate membership at any time with or without causeat any time by providing written notice to the non-terminating party. We can suspend your membership at any time and for any reason, acting reasonably, including for the following reasons:
- failure to pay the membership fee
- breaching any community guidelines, such as for our Members' Facebook Group
- failure to comply with these terms and conditions
- if you have made statements to us that are incorrect or have failed to disclose any facts required to be disclosed under these terms and conditions
Publishing Talk may change these membership terms and conditions at any time, without giving notice to the individual Member. Members are responsible for keeping themselves updated on any changes to the terms and conditions.

We make no express warrantiesor representations as to the quality and/or accuracy of the content, the website or the service and we expressly disclaim any implied warranties, conditions and/or representations. We offer the content, website and service on an 'as is' basis ad do not accept responsibility for any use of or reliance on the content, website or service, or for any disruptions to or delay in the service.
Most of our partner benefits and discounts are delivered on our partners' websites - such as by entering a discount code. Publishing Talk is not responsible for any third party sites.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we limit our liability. In particular, we shall not be liable for any damages that we cause unintentionally and we shall not be liable to you for any actual, incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damages howsoever caused.
